My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, almost like an apartment, but unfortunately, they were VERY VERY noisy due to the road traffic with no air conditioning. The service was friendly, professional, and helpful, which was a plus. The location was convenient to walk to all the shopping streets in Düsseldorf and close to the central station. However, the dining experience was extremely overpriced at 25 € per person, a real letdown.
